Loved having central heating, a work desk, and a TV in the room. Having a bathtub was a nice bonus for my stay! 🛁.

We really enjoyed it and can't recommend highly enough to anyone! It was a delightful and lovely hotel in a nice enough area, right by restaurants, the waterbus stop, and the vaporetto and train station.

It was a delightful and silent hotel in a quiet area, next to the channel, and many fine cafe's in area & location of water taxis. The rooms they have were unique and brand-new with nice old paintings, a safe for valuables, murano glass chandeliers. The location was good and fantastic, a 10-15 minute walking distance from a wide canal...

The hotel in Venice was lovely. It is set in a nice area, a short walk to the famous Jewish Ghetto and the harbour. I booked a unique, big room with a shower and a safe for valuables. the room had nice old paintings.

Loved my room, it was super modern and had a cool vibe. Plus, waking up to breakfast was a nice touch! 🥐.

Location is ideal, just a short walk to the vaporetto and train station. the hotel is conveniently close to the airport, train station, and water bus stop. Holsteins, a great spot for shots, is within a 15-minute walk from the hotel. the double room offers an exceptionally comfortable bed, central heating, a work desk, and a TV.

The stay was wonderful, as it was a great base for visiting all the major attractions in the area.

The convenient proximity to the train station and vaporetto stop made exploring the city a breeze. The spacious room, complete with a well-equipped kitchenette, provided a cozy and convenient space. a memorable experience worth recommending.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our new year stay. It was conveniently located near popular tourist attractions, making it easy for us to explore the city. the hosts of the hotel were friendly and tried their best to support and help us during our stay. They made us feel welcome and even provided us with a small gift. Lastly, we enjoyed the old-fashioned charm of the hotel, with its beautiful old lamps and Venetian-style room decor.

There were a few negative aspects of our stay. the lack of air conditioning was a bit inconvenient, especially during the warmer seasons.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this delightful Venetian house. the antique furniture and glass chandeliers added a touch of charm and authenticity to our experience. the canal view was simply stunning and provided a true taste of Venice. the location was ideal, with easy access to the bus and train stations, as well as the water bus stop. the owner, Eleanor, was lovely and extremely helpful. We would definitely book again when visiting Venice.

We felt truly looked after during our stay and had no reason to complain.
