It was a delightful and silent hotel in a quiet area, next to the channel, and many fine cafe's in area & location of water taxis. The rooms they have were unique and brand-new with nice old paintings, a safe for valuables, murano glass chandeliers. The location was good and fantastic, a 10-15 minute walking distance from a wide canal...

The location of the property was excellent, just a short walk from the train station and close to shops and amenities. The room had a lovely view of the canal and was comfortable with all the necessary amenities. The property itself had a unique and charming character, giving it an authentic Venetian flair.
During our stay, we had a slight language barrier with the owners who only spoke Italian. However, they made an effort to communicate and explain important details, even though it was sometimes unnecessary.
